FEDUCHY CONIL

2 Jan 2025

It is one of the restaurants that I have always resisted. In summer it is almost impossible to go, although they have another one on the coast “Feduchy Playa”, whose kitchen is not interrupted all day.

If you want something different, a proposal based on emotions, on southern food and something daring, this is the ideal place.

The first thing that caught my attention is the extraordinary service, the smile of their waiters and waitresses and especially their recommendations.

The quality-price ratio is very good. In addition, they have dishes that will surprise you.

The best thing to start with is their guacamole with cilantro and homemade tortilla chips, and they make it for you at the table, as if you were in Mexico, and it is sensational, very, very, very good.

Then order the octopus salad, garlic shrimp and fried sea lettuce, it is something different. And don’t forget the buffalo burrata salad, basil pesto and pine nuts.

To continue and try a bit of everything, I would recommend the nigiri with quail egg, bacon and truffle, followed by another with salmon, toasted mayonnaise, lime and herring roe. Simply spectacular.

Next, tacos of roasted ribs with cheese and mayonnaise with chili and coriander, something different and worth trying.

If you still have an appetite and before moving on to the main course, I suggest the cabrales bites with Iberian bacon, cured pork and quince jam, you will want to repeat and will not like it enough.

And as a main course, the extreme burger of pinto cow, beef pastrani, sweet chili, caramelized onion, old mustard and an explosion of cheeses. A luxury worth trying. In addition, they complement the dish at the same table.

And to finish, do not forget to try the brioche French toast with rice pudding cream and vanilla ice cream.

In addition to starting with a good beer, I recommend a white wine from the El Palmar area, from the Sancha Pérez winery

Don’t forget to book and enjoy this true experience, its flavours and emotions.
