This beach bar that has become a landmark in Chiclana de la Frontera and throughout the province of Cádiz, is located in the center of Sancti Petri Beach, just a 15-minute walk from Manuela.
It stands out for its spectacular sunsets in front of the Castillo de Sancti Petri, the port of the same name and the tip of the “Boquerón”, which belongs to the neighboring town of San Fernando, also known as “the island”.
The excellent cocktails prepared by Jorge, its owner, a Dominican living in the province of Cádiz, who when he discovered our beaches did not want to leave them, were spectacular. We recommend you try the piña colada, the crazy coconut and the mojito, in addition to their excellent coffees. Its owner tells us that many people come to Apretaíto from all over the province of Cádiz, exclusively to try some of the coffee specialties, highlighting the typical Irish coffee, Mexican coffee or Lugumba (a mixture of chocolate and brandy)
Its menu has an abundant list of Cadiz dishes and tapas, prepared by Isabel, among which the tuna with onion, shrimp tortillas, grilled tuna, seasoned potatoes, with garlic, with mojo, or simply bravas, without forgetting the fried fish of the area, and its excellent salads. Jorge brings to the menu two specialties of Dominican cuisine, meat with yucca and “tostones”.
When evening comes, the beach bar fills up with people ready to enjoy the sunset, their excellent cocktails and their music specially selected by Jorge for the occasion.
In winter, it is only open on weekends from Friday to Sunday from 12 to 20 hours.
