Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. If canceled within the 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged, except for reservations made with the “Non-refundable” rate.
The accommodation may block 100 euros on the credit card as a deposit on the day of check-in. This amount will be released upon check-out, after inspecting the property.
Requests for cribs, high chairs, extra beds, or paid services must be made at least 48 hours before check-in. These services are subject to a cancellation policy and will be billed with an additional 10% VAT.
The following payment methods are accepted: bank transfer, credit or debit cards, and PayPal (PayPal fees will be covered by the client).
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Different times must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.
The occupancy capacity will depend on the type of accommodation booked. Additional persons will incur a cost per person per day. No more occupants than indicated in the reservation will be allowed.
The price includes towel changes and daily cleaning, except on Sundays and public holidays. Bed linens will be changed every four days during the stay.
Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee.
A cash deposit will be required for the garage remote control at the Playa de la Barrosa parking lot and for beach/pool towels if requested. The deposit will be refunded after the respective returns.
Guests must send a valid copy of their ID or passport at the time of check-in.
Accommodation rules
Guests must ensure that windows and doors are closed when leaving the accommodation.
It is mandatory to turn off air conditioning units whenever the accommodation is left unattended.
Guests are required to take care of the accommodation and leave it in perfect condition. Otherwise, the cost of repairs or cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
Any damage or malfunction found in the accommodation must be reported immediately.
Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in the full retention of the deposit to cover deep cleaning costs.
The use of the terrace and pool is the sole responsibility of the guests. If children are staying, they must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The contract will be terminated in cases of disturbances to neighbors, exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy, or causing damage to the accommodation or its inventory.
Bachelor or bachelorette parties, or similar gatherings that disturb neighbors, are not allowed.
The access code to the accommodation will only function from check-in time until check-out time and will automatically deactivate afterward.
Moving furniture or placing mattresses on the floor is strictly prohibited.
